Standard Products

Warranty

We offer a no quibble warranty on all standard products. A replacement product will be despatched once the faulty product is returned to County Battery Services LTD.

If an immediate replacement is to be issued, the customer will be Invoiced on despatch and credited upon receipt of the faulty product. For customers with no credit account payment will be taken before replacement is dispatched

We will arrange collection of faulty products unless the battery was originally collected from one of our stores, in this case the battery must be returned to one of our stores by the customer.

Warranties are not transferrable, if an item is sold to a third party the warranty is rendered void.

Cancelled Orders

Customers may cancel orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, they have another 14 days to return the goods once they have notified us. A refund or credit note will be issued within 14 days of the goods being returned to us.

 

Bespoke Products

Warranty

We offer free battery repairs on bespoke products that have failed due to faulty workmanship or goods

Charges may be applied for repair work created by customer misuse or neglect.

This includes.

  • Deep Discharge (Not charging the battery)
  • Over Discharging (Drawing too much current from the battery)
  • Over Charging (Voltage or Amps too high)
  • Use or storage at the wrong temperature
  • Physical damage

 

Cancelled Orders

Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has been commenced.

 

 

Change of designs

Charges may be applied for works/reworks done that were not agreed in the designs. If a design changes it may change the price of the product.
